Rest & Restore: Exactly as the name says! Calm, restoring, gentle stretching postures incorporated with blocks and bolsters to help hold postures longer and added comfort. Suitable for all levels. Perfect way to wind down the day.
You’re in the Flow: No worries, we got you! This all-levels class combines basic postures together to create a grounding practice enough for you to feel rejuvenated and recharged.
Elevate Your Flow: No judgement, all levels welcomed. This class is more advanced than our other classes designed for all levels. We are here to guide and provide modifications for a practice that will help you feel energized, grounded and balanced. This is a sequence of continuous movement and breathing.
Power House Flow: Forget caffeine! Join our advanced Power class. A continuous link of sequences that combines grounding, balancing and strengthening postures to help you take on any tasks or day.

Cancellation Policy:
We appreciate your understanding that last-minute changes can impact scheduling. Cancellations or rescheduling require at least 24 hours' advance notice.
- Within 24 hours: 50% of the session fee applies.
- Within 6 hours: Full session fee ( 100% applies )
No-shows follow the same policy.
